ACR Health is a not-for-profit, community-based organization providing a range of support services to individuals with chronic diseases, including HIV/AIDS, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, asthma, substance use disorders, and serious mental illnesses, and targeted prevention and sexual health services to individuals, from youth through adulthood with the goal of positive health outcomes. We are currently hiring for a Accounts Payable/Staff Accountant

    8. Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.



    1. Assist in the logistics of all Development and Engagement events and activities
    2. Special events experience preferred
    3. Working knowledge software programming software like InDesign, Canva, and Photoshop a plus
    4. Support Director with volunteer recruitment, engagement, training and reporting
    5. Maintain most current information for donors
    6. Timely and accurate entry of all transactions into donor database, and fundraising management tools including individuals, sponsorships, and events, as well as entry into systems event platforms, website, spreadsheets
    7. Experienced Raisers Edge professional with development services background preferred
    8. Organize In-kind reporting collection process (gift collection, data entry, thank you letters, etc.)
    9. Enter all development transactions in donor database, including individuals, sponsorships, and special events, as well as entry into systems event platforms, website, spreadsheets, etc
    10. Assist with fundraising and giving campaign including mailings, forms, and email communications
    11. Provide support with phone follow-up to solicitation mailings for events, direct mail campaign, and annual campaign
    12. Conduct, research, and develop prospective participants (individual and teams) for upcoming events
    13. Create and pull reports that meet department needs (mailing lists, sponsorship history, overall gift lists, LYBUNTS, etc.)
    14. Manage bulk mailings and ensure mailing list accuracy
    15. Track payment of sponsorships for each special event
    16. Produce thank you letters for all donors and enter all gift-in-kind donations into management tools
    17. Manage email lists in marketing platform in coordination with the Director of Development and Community Engagement
    1. Experience in researching topics, writing, and editing content for websites, social media, newsletters, press releases, articles, and collateral.
    2. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress CMS, and email marketing platforms
    1. Establish relationships with media representatives (newspaper/local news stations/radio) throughout ACR Health’s service area
    2. Maintain agency media packages and promotional press kits
    3. Coordination of agency press conferences
    4. Draft, edit and distribute agency newsletter
    5. Manage all aspects of the data entry process and reporting on department donors and gifts
    6. Oversee all technology necessary for remote payment processing (card readers, iPad, MiFi, etc.)
    1. Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    2. Team oriented attitude
    3. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress CMS, and email marketing platforms a plus
    1. Incorporate best practices regarding confidentiality into all job duties and communications in accordance with Article 27-F and HIPAA, ACR Health policies and procedures and other applicable regulations.  Protect agency data in accordance with confidentiality procedures and protocols.  Observe and abide by the HIV Confidentiality Law and HIPAA
