PREVENTION PROGRAM ACR Health’s SEP Medical Clinic is a health hub for all those that identify as substance users. There are two Nurse Practitioners, one Medical Assistant, and three Harm Reduction Specialists to help each client obtain their own, individual, medical goals. Services offered at ACR Health’s SEP Medical Clinic include:

- Narcan Training
- PrEp
- STI/STD, HIV, HCV Testing
- Crisis Intervention
- Linkage to OASAS and non-OASAS Substance Use Treatment
- Linkage to Primary Care Physician
- Linkage to Mental Health Provider
- Linkage to MAT Provider
SEP Medical Clinic provides a client centered, harm reduction approach to providing medical care to individuals that identify has substance users.
