Nutrition Education is a service available for people living with HIV/AIDS who want to learn how the foods they eat will affect their overall health.
In the Nutrition Education program clients will learn in both individual and group settings about:
- Basic health and nutrition
- Food safety
- Label reading
- Chronic diseases
- Budgeting
- Meal preparation
- Changing food habits and behaviors

Diabetes Prevention Program
The National Diabetes Prevention Program—or National DPP—was created in 2010 to address the increasing burden of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes in the United States.
DPP has to main goals for participants during this year-long intervention:
- Get 150 minutes of physical activity each week
- Lose 5 to 7% of starting body weight
