Each year during the winter holiday season, ACR Health holds our Holiday Angel Program which pairs individuals or families in need with a community angel. Our angels can be individuals, families, friends, co-workers, schools, organizations, churches, or anyone who wants to help brighten the upcoming holiday season for those that ACR Health serves.
Our mission at ACR Health is to create healthier communities by opening doors to services that enhance the wellbeing of all. We serve individuals who are impacted by chronic health conditions including HIV/AIDS, substance use, behavioral health issues, and many of our clients experience homelessness. Your Holiday Angel gifts will greatly enhance the holiday season for some our communities most vulnerable people and their families.
