Support ACR Health this Good Neighbor Day!
As president of Northland Communications, Jerry McCarthy was committed to helping and promoting local community organizations. In 2020, to honor Jerry, Northland Communications and the McCarthy family teamed up to promote being “a good neighbor” with the first annual Good Neighbor Day.
Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic caused the cancellation of the in-person event, yet that didn’t stop the program! The Good Neighbor Day organizations began virtual monthly meetings to collaborate and support one another.
In 2023, Good Neighbor Day was re-launched raising $241,675 for twenty-nine area organizations! Northland Communications continues to support local nonprofits through the Good Neighbor program and is hosting the second annual Good Neighbor Day on Thursday, June 20, at NBT Bank Stadium.
