Facilitated Enrollment for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled Program (FE-ABD) is a New York State-sponsored assistance program for individuals who are aged, blind or disabled, currently in receipt of Medicare, and look to apply for Medicaid. Facilitated Enrollers will help individuals and families complete the Access NY Healthcare application and gather required documentation for review of the county Medicaid department.
